Ingredients
Roast
- 1 ½ lbs Tomatillos peel off the skin,
- 1 each White onion Quartered and separated
- 1 each Poblano pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Mix
- ½ bunch Cilantro
- 2 teaspoon salt
Instructions
Roast at 400F
- Add all the ingredients, and roast till some char forms
- Add and combine all ingredients, including the juices from roasting, and blend with a hand blender
- Place back in the sheet pan you roasted on, and scrape any brown bits off the bottom of the pan. Let cool for 30 mins.
