Ingredients

Roast

  • 1 ½ lbs Tomatillos  peel off the skin,
  • 1 each White onion Quartered and separated
  • 1 each Poblano pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Mix

  • ½ bunch Cilantro
  • 2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

Roast at 400F

  • Add all the ingredients, and roast till some char forms
  • Add and combine all ingredients, including the juices from roasting, and blend with a hand blender
  • Place back in the sheet pan you roasted on, and scrape any brown bits off the bottom of the pan. Let cool for 30 mins.
