Salsa Verda or (Green Salsa)
Green salsa, my favorite with chicken enchiladas, or you can add some avocado and make a delicious sauce.

Ingredients
Roast

Tomatillos
peel off the skin,

White onion
Quartered and separated

Poblano pepper

tablespoon
olive oil
Mix
½
bunch
Cilantro

teaspoon
salt
Instructions
Roast at 400F
Add all the ingredients, and roast till some char forms
Add and combine all ingredients, including the juices from roasting, and blend with a hand blender
Place back in the sheet pan you roasted on, and scrape any brown bits off the bottom of the pan. Let cool for 30 mins.
