Instructions
Step 1
Add oil and butter to pot when melted all other ingredients n step 1 and cook over med-low temp for 15 mins
Step 2
raise temperature med-high add ground beef and sausage, cook till brown
Step 3
add oregano and black pepper, cook for 3 mins
add white wine, cook for 5 mins
add tomato paste, cook till brick red, about 5 mins

add cream, whole tomatoes, and whole tomatoes (hand crushed)
