Carne Asada, somehting I can't live without. This recipieis so good, I dont miss the taco trucks anymore. Dont tell but I use my buffalo wing sauce for them, or the Salsa Verdea when making these. And dont be fooled by the kiwi, its a key ingredent to tenderising the steak.

Ingredients
Marinated

3eachAncho chilieKeep 1 cup of the water
½bunchcilantroStems are fine, thats what i use most of the time
1cupAncho chile waterFrom stepping the chilie
1eachorangeZest & Juice
2eachlimeZest & juice
½eachKiwi
¼cupdark soy sauceor 1 ½ teaspoon salt
1teaspoonsugar
1lbsskirt steakor flank
Instructions
Prep the Chilie
Step the Ancho Chilie in hot water, covered for 10 mins
Remove the Chili, cut top off and discard.
Cut chili in half and remove ribs and seeds.
Blend the ingredents
Add the chilie and the rest of the ingredents to a blender and mix
Marinade skirt steak
Place marinade in zip lock bag. A min of 1 hr, max of 2 days. The longer the better.
