This Gryo meat recipe is much better than the street guys, not as good as the restarunts with the pit... but its pretty good.

ground black pepper
Instructions
Preheat oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit, 163 degrees Celsius.
smash garlic to make a paste, if you have a morter it works best, but a food processer will be suficent
Add onion with the garlic and puree until smooth.
Add ground meat with all of the spices. Pulse until the mixture becomes like a paste. Scrape down the sides of the bowl in between pulses.
Place the mixture in a loaf pan. Compact it as much as possible.

Bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
